"I will truly miss all of the wonderful employees at the State Board and I treasure all of the people I have been so lucky to work with at the various state agencies," Oliver said. Understanding Communication
By Ray Brasted
In this world there are people who say they are going to get it done" and there are those "who get it done". Kathy Oliver is a get it done person, the "go to" individual that every organization needs.
I am speaking from my own experiences over the years, as a newspaper publisher who is always looking for information to pass on to our readers. Whether it is rounding up information from the state board or getting news about the Southern Association of Workers' Compensation Administrators (SAWCA) Kathy understands deadlines.
As Kathy states, "one of my goals was to improve the communication between the board and various stake-holders". It is good news that she plans to stay active in the workers' compensation industry and in the SAWCA organization.
